Ready money cove is a fantastic beach. There is only a couple of parking spots near the beach. So it's a beach you would walk to.

There's a tiny shop for fishing nets, wetsuits, bucket and spades, swim shoes, body boards, wind breakers, lilos, tea, coffee, ice cream ,snacks and souvenirs. It's a bit expensive but the only shop there.

It's good for disabled Access. They have a beach wheelchair you can lend. They have toilets and a little running water point to wash sand off you just at the top of the beach over the road.

The beach is clean. No dogs allowed. It's good for swimming and there's a diving platform in the middle of the cove. The cove is roped off so no boats can get in. It's great for snorkeling, cannoeing, body boarding. The kids enjoyed rock pooling and collecting shells. The found a couple of jelly fish. There's plenty of seaweed to dig in to find little creatures. You can climb up the rocks, but they are quite sharp. Kids found lots of rock pools up there. Swimming shoes and a wet suit recommended. There are quite a few rocks to walk over before you get into the sea.

I came here as a child and I now have brought mine. We will definitely be coming again and highly recommend this place.

We are staying here in holiday in liskeard. Good disabled beaches are polken beach, par sands and millendreath beach as well as...

Wow! What an absolute gem of a Cove! I would have never thought to randomly come here or the castle as my husband said 'it is just a ruin' but No! I definitely recommend going to this cove and the castle ruins! It's a bit of a walk to get to, uphill and downhill from the Castle Car Park, but worth if if you can! There's a public toilet, an adorable grab-and-go cafe, the area is serene and beautiful... And the views from the Castle are above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined! Definitely 5-stars!!!

(Not ♿ Accessible 😭 sorry) but you might be able to have a small vehicle drop you off at the cove base and then they can park in the public car park and...

Lovely little cove with a sandy beach and some rock pools. There's a car park accepting cash and card. The walk down to the beach is pretty but could be quite a treck for the infirm or weary. There are disabled parking spaces but without a mobility scooter the treck would be challenging. It is possible to drive a car right to the beach on a single track road and there's space at the bottom to turn round, in case you need to drop someone off, but that could be a challenge at busy times. At the beach there's a shop selling drinks and snacks and there are loos. Dogs are allowed on the beach (Easter 2023).

This is a fabulous sheltered cove, where swimming is very safe and the water is clean. It gets very busy on the beach during peak summer months, but there’s often not that many people in the water. The walks in the surrounding area are stunning, especially over towards the Daymark at Gribbin Head. As of 2022 there is a great beachside shop too, selling hot and cold drinks, and ice-creams. Very friendly staff. Dogs are not allowed between 10am and 6pm during summer. Occasionally you can catch sight of a cruise ship or cargo ship sailing past, as they enter the port of Fowey, which is a great sight.
