I went here to get my hair cut, booked in with Laurent. He was on his phone half of the time or looking around the salon, didn't even cover me with the gown properly and was covered in hair. I came out with a lopsided fringe and lopsided hair. I had cut all my long hair off and was devastated with the results. I went in wanting to feel good about myself after having a baby and came out hating the way I looked. I complained and Kelly was available to fix the issues. She is lovely. She listened and talked to me but due to the issues I came out with shorter hair than I wanted and a fringe half way up my forehead, but at least it's straight. I hate the way I look and now have to wait for my hair to grow so I can look somewhat near to what I wanted. Really sad and disappointed as I have wasted money on this haircut. Can't recommend this salon enough. My appointment clashed with another commitment and staff went out of their way to still accommodate my booking the same day. Staff were warm, professional and attentive. Georgia was lovely and did an outstanding job of my balayage. My hair looks the best it has in years and I've had lots of feedback from friends and family who are in agreement. The colours are perfect and it feels amazing. My go to place for some time, and I am a quite demanding customer if it comes to my hair. I’ve been a French Reception client for almost two years now. Mainly cutting and styling my hair with them, but had a balayage done twice too. All these services were done amazingly, and due to timing preferences I’ve had my hair done by Laurent, Kelly and Alina. All of them are highly skilled and knowledgeable hair stylists and so nice to talk to! I always leave the place happy and with a great haircut.
