Awful management dealt by David today! Went to watch "IF" which is a KIDS FILM a man complained about our children "giggling and shouting" so David asked all 5 children to leave there seats unaccompanied who were aged between 4 & 8 years old! Luckily we were sat at the rear of the cinema behind and was over looking the children at all times so we left with them to see why David was removing the children from the cinema. We were told by David someone complained about them "Giggling and Shouting" which was completely out of line which David then changed his story to say he did NOT say the children were shouting as they were not so they got kicked out because they were giggling. This was such bad management and how the situation was dealt with. It was a kids film and the kids were giggling of course however they were not shouting or running around or even being loud! I can say there was other kids in there getting up from there chairs A LOT however it was our children that got taken out of the film 10 minutes before the end. This was not dealt with correctly and how abrupt the manager was with him "protecting his customers because of a complaint" Why were the complaining people not offered to move seats? why didn't someone come in to say we were being loud so there was a warning- there was none of this and his attitude was simply abrupt. There was 3 adults & 5 kids all aged between 4-8 years old. In the future maybe you should tell every paying adult there may be kids laughing at a funny kids film?! This caused so much upset as the kids missed the last 10 minutes of the film & they thought they had all done something Wrong. Disgusting! I also want to point out that i never leave bad reviews however this behaviour and how we was treated was Inappropriate! What adult thinks its right to remove kids without an adult? Which he stated he did this as he has kids in cinemas on there own at this age so he deals with this situation without parents all the time! Do I believe parents or a cinema should be letting kids in from the ages of 4- 8 years old on there own? NO! We wasn't even offered a refund or to come back into the cinema to watch the last 10 minutes?...
Read moreCineworld Hinckley is a really good modern cinema located in the Crescent and has a large number of screens for you to see all of the latest blockbusters. It’s a pleasant place to visit and has pretty comfy seats, certainly better than the Vue and I’ve never noticed and audio or visual issues which I find I’ve found at other cinemas.
The food court area has a good selection of items and a Baskin Robbins ice cream stand, we all know cinema food is overpriced so I usually just bring my own in, but there is a good selection of you are buying at the venue.
Parking is at the nearby Sainsbury’s store and you can get 3 hours for free if you collect a QR code voucher in the cinema, also Prezzo and Sticky Sisters are offering 15% off to people who bring in a cinema ticket for that day.

Get place. Decor is great. Lot of hand painted figures on the glass.
I love the way they show what movies to wait for the end credits etc lovely touch.
The staff where really nice and helpful and seemed happy to work here
Cinema was clean and the image was clean for the film. Also the audio was great.
Only thing I could complain about are the seats. My two sons 4&6 has issues with the seats folding up. They did not weigh enough to keep it down. So bit difficult for them to eat during the movie.
Keep up the great work (I’ll fatten up the kids for next visit 😀)
