Stottie Shop — Restaurant in Hinckley and Bosworth

I don't know if it's an issue everyone has had with uber eats for stottie shop but for some reason in the hot filling section where it says bacon and sausage the only options when i click into it is panini or toast to which I called up to speak to someone about sorting this out and all the woman on the other end of the line kept saying is to go to the hot fillings section because thats where it is as if I am blind and incompetent to which it's extremely insulting for someone to just assume you are to stupid to navigate a simple task such as ordering food and for if the problem is fixed before this is seen i also have a screen recording of me going through the process of scrolling down the hot fillings section and selecting...

Heard raving reviews about this place, so decided to give it a go. Reading the other reviews now, it seems to be a recurring theme - wait time.

The food was pleasant and reasonably priced, but over 15 minutes for a bacon sandwich, when there are 6 members of staff and no other customers, is a bit poor.

Sadly, it seems like many other food outlets, staff focus seems to be solely on the Just Eat machine, with in-person customers left to wait.

Simply saying, "We've had a load of online orders come in, so there could be a wait." would've been ace, failing that, "I'm sorry for the wait." when handed the order would've suffice, but neither.

As a true Northerner, I was ecstatic when my partner told me there was a stottie shop. After educating him we went straight there on our first day off. Amazing food! The portion sizes are huge, especially for the price, I was shocked when they brought it out. I got a tower breakfast stottie and everything was perfect. We came back again 3 days later and it wasn’t just a one off fluke, it was just as amazing. We took it to take away and it was still hot after our 20 minute journey home.
