Since I last visited Napolean’s in the good old days when there was a 25p chip table, the prices have shot up. We arrived around 5pm and found that even the 50p table wasn’t up and running. We asked if it could be opened but the pit boss said it would be after 7pm. We played a while on the £1 tables and come 7pm he changed it to 8pm. By then we’d finished and headed home. Not sure why they couldn’t open the 50p table. I’m sure there’s a good reason. Two croupiers were stood at empty black jack tables twiddling their bored-looking thumbs so surely one of them could have covered it. At £1 a chip it’s now too pricey. We could last a while on the 25p table and whilst we’re there, we would be buying a glass of wine, a pint, maybe even go for a burger. Was very surprised at how much I liked this casino.

I’m mainly a Blackjack player and there are about 3 tables with this, 4 roulette and 3 of 3 card poker. Multi-Machines can be found around the casino plus an outdoor section for smokers to play. All the card tables have the dealer shuffle rather than automatic card shufflers which I prefer and the shoes usually have 4 decks.

Staff are very friendly as you would expect and always very attentive.

There is a restaurant inside that provides special offers depending on the day you go. A 3B offer is also available every day where you pay £10 and get a main meal, £5 chip and a drink. A Chinese Restaurant is also close by located opposite from the car park.

I have been banned from 2 years ago till now for ridiculous things. They told me you cannot play on the blackjack table and then they say to me you should be left the casino.and I have spoken with members about this issue and I have sent lots of emails but nothing response from the casino and nobody has been answering my emails. I’m still calling them and asking about and sending emails but they never answered my calls and emails.I don’t know who’s in charge and taking responsibility so I’m still waiting for to hear back from them to make sure...
