Lincoln Central Bus Station — Attraction in Lincoln

The Lincoln Central bus station has the worst and unproductive management I have ever came across, they're a bunch of lazy fellow. I boarded the bus from Birchwood to the central bus station on 18 December 2024, at around 2pm and arrived at the station at around 2:40pm, between this time I lost my mobile phone in the bus, and I reported the incident to the driver and to the central office, obtained a police report and presented the report to the central office for them to commence investigation, after 5 days when I didn't hear from them I decided to visit the central office to hear an update into their investigation, only for me to be told that they looked through the CCTV footage but didn't find it, and I asked the team manager at the station a simple and basic question "did you see me paying the fare to the driver at the I entered into the bus"? He was dumbfounded and he said NO I didn't see you paying! So I asked him again, did you really checked through the CCTV footage as you've earlier claimed? and he provoked that I was insinuating that he's a liar.! Are you not a liar???

So people,be careful and keep your belongings very well, don't assume that the CCTV cameras in the Lincoln buses would help find your lost item when you miss any in the bus.. perhaps the cameras are there for fancy,non functional or...

At the moment busses are not turning up, my daughter has had to wait an hour in the cold for a bus tonight, we went through the same thing the other week together, during the winder season they seemed to have decided not to run the early buses and the earliest was 7:37 well I needed to be at work at 7. They never update us and drivers pretend not to see broken down buses and when asked why a bus hasn't turned up they play ignorant even though they will have passed and picked up the broken down busses passengers. Some are really helpful and do take the time to inform you what's going on but at the moment the service is not making people happy and increasing the price while the service isn't good, isn't Good. Not happy too cold to be lettings young and old wait for an hour...

My friend a 14 YEAR OLD was going onto the bus 31 for Sleaford at 16:40 28/07/25 and the driver saw her at the doors and shut them then proceeded to WAVE at her while pulling out while she was at the closed doors. She RAN from the castle all the way to the bus station to get that bus just to be waved off. She ended up in TEARS and had to get a bus w her friend and stayed at her friends house because that was the last bus she could get home at the time. The way bus drivers treat others here is outrageous. They should be fired and...
