Very unprofessional company. They never answer the phone or respond to emails. I fell in love with one of their houses and made an offer. They kept us waiting for TWO MONTHS! Every week they would say “the landlord will give you a response soon”. Completely wasted our time and gave us false hope. To this day they never gave us an answer, we found out through Zoopla to see that the Let was agreed. Complete lack of communication. I even tried to pop into their office but the address led to this abandoned shop....

Our property manager Serese is a real credit to the company and is always on hand whenever we have any issues that need resolved.
