Place is great, wonderful location, bar staff ok, drinks cheap, lovely terrace with heating. Normally it could be 5 stars and I loved going there from time to time for many years, BUT, some dangerous abusive people have been hanging around in that pub recently who'll try to befriend you, trick you into giving them your phone number (by pretending they lost their phone and if you could please ring them), and then harass you afterwards (the latest incident was just the worst as it involved a self-proclaimed right wing anti-immigrant person). It left me traumatized even though it didn't happen directly to me, but one of my close friends. This doesn't happen in other Kilburn pubs, I think the owners should take some action and protect their customers, as I for sure won't dare to go there for years to come after the latest incident, unfortunately for all of us: me, any of my friends that I'd potentially bring, and the pub. Just don't go there and sit alone even if you're a man (or especially if you're a man!) as there seems to be some serious scheming and scamming thing going on at the moment. Maybe it's not pub's fault, but I just want to warn the public so it doesn't...

History has a profound habit of repeating itself, the winding passages of the past have denoted Brondes Age to be no exception. Around the year 500BC a group of tradespeople, previously unknown to the native peoples of Britain landed ashore near what we know today as Brondesbury. They were tall, fair, adept at crafts the likes of this small island had never seen and ferocious warriors; ferocious lovers too according to some sources. They were known as the Halfordarians, though in their native tongue, they were named the Halfordæraii . They quickly subsumed the local population, enslaving or simply absorbing through procreation and trade. They built what came to be known as the Chieftainship of Halfordæraii which spanned from Ealing to Penge and covered many sources of natural resources and eels. Their trade in these became so notorious that eventually they confederated, becoming known locally as the Halfords in todays English. To this day we see their legacy on highs streets everywhere, selling car and bike goods now as their specialty,, the very modern yet ancient phenomenon ...

Message for George, the refurbishment is beautiful, however your unwillingness to receive constructive feedback, bad attitude and utter contempt towards the same people that are lining your pockets didn't match the aesthetic and sullied the whole experience.

Defensiveness is bad for business and not becoming of a Manager who strives to improve and maintain the quality of their service.

Anyone with an ounce of decency and integrity would place customer satisfaction above their ego. There must be something very fragile about you George, if you are adverse to criticism.

When I informed you the coke was flat you took exception to this and challenged me on my assertion. I couldn't believe that it came so naturally. When I asked for another one, you told me that I needed to pay for it ! REALLY? Never in my life!!

I need say no more. Anyone reading this, i hope you get the jist. Think twice before you spend your hard earned cash here. Rudeness and disregard for his patrons is an...

Dropped in on a midweek for food and the Champions League game. Intriguing interior, with exposed beams and designed to look like it had been built into the railway bridge support - not quite in the arches like some venues - but quite a novel concept. Seating outside and in with enough screens around for ever to be able to see if they want too, and of a good size too. Good range of draught drinks including what looked like a cocktail pump. Drink prices lower than I’d expected too for London. Simple bar snack menu on when I visited so went for the cheeseburger and fries option. The small fryer basket for serving was a nice touch. An eclectic mix of wall art too - vintage style posters and a Home Alone-inspired reminder to wash your hands after leaving the toilets was a nice humorous touch. Kitchen seems to do delivery too and this looked popular with steady stream of delivery workers coming in and out.

This is an absol Hidden gem of a place in Kilburn. If you’re in this area I highly recommend this place. Went with friends on a random visit, the service was exceptional polite were welcoming and polite and the food was something that came put off Mayfair without the price tag! It was such a lucky find and will definitely be returning. The chef, which I think he said his name was Alex came out to see if we liked the food and you could clearly see he was passionate about food. The wings were just world class in my opinion. Thanks to all will definitely be returning

Love this place. They play rugby, food is amazing esp for thr price. Refurbishment is amazing, giving it a classy feel quite unlike the exterior. It's a lovely surprise when you enter. I came a few months ago an music was amazing. Nice mix. Sadly, tonight, it was just one genra of music insistently. No popular house at all. Very disappointed. Had invited a friend hoping it would be our new go to. This can be improved, so establishment is still worth a 4*.
