Ballon’s of London what can I say except that you never fail to impress. During the 1st lockdown my daughter was turning 18 I wanted to make her 18th special as it was supposed to be a big party friends and family but unfortunately due to the lockdown this could not happen. I needed to find some balloons and party accessories just for a few friends to have a picnic with her. A colleague recommended Balloons Of London which is only a few minutes drive from where I live. The owner & staff of the shop were so welcoming and very happy to help. I was so impressed on the selection of balloons tablecloths cups etc etc . Since 2020 I have been going to Balloons Of London and I have told many friends and family about this amazing shop. So this year my daughter celebrated her 20th and without fail I was able to email purchase my Balloons via phone pay for them and collect them on the date of my choice . I also want to say that when you send an email the response is very quick. Vanessa dealt with all my requests and she is absolutely lovely ☺️ welcoming and so easy to talk to. Customer service was excellent 10/10 Big selection for every occasion ☺️

Bought 3 helium balloons yesterday evening at 4.45pm from this place. I asked the gentleman there specifically if they were going to be fine till the morning. He replied saying "oh they last a week sometimes even 2" The plain foil balloons are doing fine, the one with the thank you message is completely flat this morning at 7am. I'm having to tape it to the other balloons just to make it look a little better than What it is. What a disaster and waste of money- save yourself some money and do not buy your balloons from here. Not worth it! I'm in the hospitality industry and I know how negative reviews feel to owners so it really takes a high level of disappointment for me to be insensitive and write a negative comment for any business .
