This is a crescent shaped public park in Bloomsbury. Originally built in 1811 and named Burton's Crescent. The park was then renamed in 1908 after political reformist and local resident John Cartwright. There is an information panel at the park entrance if you want to learn about the history of the garden. You will find a seated bronze statue of Cartwright within the park. There are two tennis courts as well as mature trees providing shade to those who want to grab a bench to rest during their visit. Good spot for a quick and brief rest if passing through the area.

A lively peaceful place to enjoy some nature in the midst of a busy city. It also has tennis courts. It has some lovely flowers scattered around, flowers always add vividness, joy, and life to any place in my point of view!

Stayed at studios to let, good accommodation clean and tidy. The room is small but functional. The bathroom is very small indeed. It was nice and quite and 10mins walk from the stations

Coach Anthony from Superprof who coached tennis here is completely unreliable and unprofessional. He has canceled my lessons multiple times for various reasons at very late notice (He is sick or has family issues) and even worse sometimes he just canceled the lessons for no reason. I have no idea why he got so many reviews here on this website and I would not suggest Coach Anthony to anyone who wants to learn tennis, there are so many great coaches out there in...
