The food looks really good and tasty. I have several complaints about the shop. I don't blame the waitress cos this is a policy issue.

Me and my two friends, three of us went to the shop today for a brunch. There was a queue and while we were waiting, the waitress didn't say anything about one hour policy for dining in the shop during peak hours. If we had known about this, we wouldn't have gone there. Only after we ordered the food, the waitress told us they have this one hour policy. Then we waited our food to arrive for like half an hour, so basically we have to rush eating in like half an hour. After we started eating and 15 mins gone, the waitress came back to remind us that we hv 15 mins left to finish and they often come and hoover around with worried faces to see if we are done soon, so my friend couldn't even finish eating and she was eating like a food eating competition . We didn't enjoy the eating after that, especially on a Sunday brunch.

Another problem is that we were seated on a pavement with a very tiny table, which basically fit for one person only, especially since their plating is really huge. We only ordered one plate item for each of us, but the table is so small that we can only fit half of all of our plates on the table and the rest are on air, we were practically holding our plates to steady the plate with one hand while trying to cut the french toast with the other. I was so scared to push down any of my water glass or my friend 's plate by accident if I push a little harder to cut the toast. Since we were on an uneven pavement, the table was lopsided and every time I am trying to eat or putting down my fork n knife, the table shook and almost everything on the table moved.

The last thing was the bill came out with the item we didn't order and almost charged me extra, only when my friend asked what is that thing and tried to stop me from paying the undue bill. I can still understand this bill thing since we do make small mistakes like this especially on a busy day. But I am extremely unhappy about the whole 1 hour policy plus the seating. Either they opt for small plate with small table or big plate with big table. I don't mind waiting in line for a little longer so that I can eat in peace and enjoy the food.

This whole experience gave me unnecessary anxiety, which was supposed to be a fun and relaxing Sunday brunch and chatting with my friends. Now all I feel in my mouth is the kiwi's sourness and bitter taste.

Fresh and tasty breakfast with only a few things I'd wish were different.

Had breakfast here just before 11 am today on a Saturday.

It was fairly busy since it's a relatively small and popular place, but I only had to wait for 5 minutes until I could sit inside. Though, when I left around 11:30 am, there was a queue outside.

It takes a while to place an order since only one person takes orders for all the customers, whereas the rest of the workers serve and take away dishes. I'm not sure why, I'm sure the service would be quicker if more than one worker could take orders.

The food took around 10 minutes to come, which was nice. I ordered the Fry Up and hot chocolate with oat milk.

The breakfast was the perfect portion for me, and it cost £12. It was fresh and delicious. I particularly loved the hash browns.

However, the toast was a bit disappointing since the bread was pretty regular. Would be nice to see some artisanal or sourdough bread instead.

Also, this is a personal preference, but I found the bacon a bit disappointing since I prefer fatty bacon over tough meaty bacon. I'm sure others might disagree, though.

Furthermore, the hot chocolate with oat milk was also a bit disappointing. It lacked flavour. It would've been nice if it was sweeter or more chocolatey. It cost £5, which I guess is a fairly average price in London.

Altogether, I spent £17. They don't charge you with a service fee unless you're in a group of 5 or more, but there's an option to add a tip when paying.

I liked the atmosphere of the place, hearing customers chatting away. I'm not a fan of the cramped seating area, but it's manageable for me. I'm not sure if the same could be said for other people who require more space.

Overall, I enjoyed my food, and I'd probably come here again, but I don't think I'd order the...

Great food, amazing quality!

Food is amazing. super tasty and coffee... one of the best coffees I have had in London.

This place gets really busy on the weekend, so my partner and I decided to go early in the morning. We were asked to share the table with the other two customers behind us, as the table was for 4 and on the weekend, it gets really busy. I had never been asked that before; it was quite weird, to be honest! Although the lady at the front asked us if we mind sitting with others, and we said yes, as we did not expect this, it felt super strange.

Anyways… Our order was taken before we sat, as they had a 1-hour policy table.

I had the fried Benedict with a side of baked beans, and my partner had the Istanbul breakfast (I really recommend this). We also ordered the fill pastry; it is a must-try dish here; there are 3 of them. As I said, we shared the table with the other two, and I felt that we took most of the space on the table for ourselves. I didn't feel comfortable.

If someone asks me again, I’ll prefer to wait until a table for two is available. Have you had this experience before?

The coffee was super creamy and exactly what I needed.

We really like the food here; I really recommend it, but make sure you come early in the morning, as when we left, there was a long queue waiting outside.

They don’t take reservations or Amex!

Hopefully, next time I come here, I will enjoy it more than this time, as it was my fault to agree to share the table...
