Dexters Tower Bridge Estate Agents — Attraction in London

I had a very pleasant experience with Georgiana Hoskin -Spinks (manager from Dexter's) and Konrad. Everyone knows the rental market in London is brutal, but Georgina made it very easy and smooth in my house hunting. I contacted her for one property and she was able to show me 3 different properties during the viewing and helped me understand the 3 properly. Unlike some others in London market, she also did not rush me and allowed me to take my time to view the properties! Out of the 3, I finalised one - here as well Georgiana showed her skills and expertise and helped me - she gave me good tips on how to put forward the best offer (while still being reasonable and not overpriced!) - full marks for her negotiating skills!

Once I got the house, she also got the references sorted rather quickly and all the paperwork done in a week. On top of that, she answered all my questions immediately, helped me understand the technical jargon in the contract and was always very approachable and someone who is very polite and easy to talk to! I felt like I was talking to a friend ! It was a very pleasant experience with Georgiana and I hope all agents in London show the same skills and qualities that Georgina displayed - the property market would definitely benefit from...

I have been going through un unfortunate experience of dealing with Dexters (which caused me a mental distress) and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the beginning, Saskia and Isobella's lack of professionalism was glaringly obvious.

Saskia was consistently unresponsive, often deferring our simple inquiries. When she finally did respond, her answers were vague and unhelpful, leaving me more confused than before. They both made me feel like just another number rather than a potential tenant.

The properties they offered were poorly maintained, with numerous issues that were brushed off as "normal wear and tear”. It was clear that they had no intention of ensuring the places were in good condition before renting them out. Communication throughout the whole process was a disaster, with mixed messages and a complete lack of coordination between Saskia and Isobella.

Overall, my experience with Dexters has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable letting agency. Save yourself the headache and...

Had an amazingly productive experience with Dexters Tower Bridge Estate Agents, specifically with Georgiana who helped me find my next home in the Shad Thames area.

I was in search for a property that would fit my budget for a single professional, I already live in the area so I know that hopes of finding a decent flat within my budget is relatively low. I just randomly popped by their office. They were all very friendly and helpful, they sat me down and tried to understand the kind of property I was in search for and scheduled me for a viewing in a property that was surprisingly at a fair price considering it was Shad Thames.

After answering a few questions, I was then assigned to Georgiana who understood the type of flat that would fit my lifestyle, personality and basically what I was looking for perfectly!
