Four seasons at 10 trinity has been the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Food In room dining has a small book menu offering some of the worst quality food I’ve eaten thus far. Every single item I tried I immediately had to order something else because of how offputting and bland the food was. Eggs Benedict had a very bland hollandaise atop a chewy, doughy, tough English muffin. The avocado toast had a peculiar bitter taste due to the warm, mushy, stale, and bitter tasting avocado topping. At mei ume I ordered 4 rolls, noodles, and tempura all of which to be not high quality or fresh tasting, luckily this was somewhat disguised by the overbearing spiciness. The waiter did not lie when he said the 1/2 chicken would be dry and the cocktails were too strong and unpleasant. I could continue with every meal I’ve eaten (which I believe to have tried a majority of the menu I would have liked) but frankly it was all just point blank some of the worst food I’ve eaten. I was considering ordering the fresh dog food because it sounded more appetizing than what I had eaten. I had invited friends over to dine with my friend that was staying with me, and I was embarrassed when they disliked everything they tried as well and left hungry. Customer Service I’m astonished they consider the customer service to be 5 star hotel quality. Yes they do take most request, no they will not complete them or complete them correctly. You will have to consistently call if you need something of importance, such as water, which on one occasion we had to call multiple times and wait 2 hours for. On another occasion I had asked for a driver to pick up my order, which was of high importance to me, but I personally didn’t have time during my trip to pick it up. When I arrive back home after waiting about 5 hours for the items to arrive as well as calling and confirming with the staff they were placed in my room, I was extremely frustrated to find a note saying they had gone to the wrong store location to receive the package. I call to explain this to customer service and the man continuously accuses me of giving the wrong address. I had called the store, kept my phone open with the number I had googled and gave the address to them to ensure it’d be the correct location. I specifically stated it would not be the closer location it would be another location still under a mile away. I was on the phone for about 20 minutes with the man interrupting me to vouch that his colleague had gone to the correct address. I tried to explain he obviously went to the incorrect address as I would have receive the items I need if he had. This was incredibly frustrating to be argued with when I get home to a long day to none of my items I need, especially after confirming that they were happily waiting in my room. I explained to them I would be gone, and they have my cell phone number on contact which they never bothered to reach out to either which could have easily pacified the situation as I could have given my order over the phone while he was there. The only attempt to contact was calling my hotel room which I had stated multiple multiple times I would not be in until 11pm. I woke up the next morning to order from a different store since they would most likely get confused if we reattempted and they explained to me I can’t pull cash credit from the account to pick up the items. ?????? You can pull the amount yesterday but not today? Why. I don’t carry that amount of cash with me it needed to be pulled from the account as it was yesterday but suddenly that was not an available option. If you wish to be constantly frustrated, interrupted, and challenged you will definitely be happy with your choice of this hotel, but personally for me I will never be staying with the four seasons chain again. If I could take back the days I stayed here so that I’d be able to decently enjoy my time in London I would gladly, but unfortunately all I can do is warn others against...

I just returned home from Four Seasons London at London Tower, a gorgeous hotel where you are treated as a distinguished guest all the time. I stayed in its amazing suite 009 from October 11 to October 22 for 11 nights, and I do believe the stay will be neatly remembered by me in my frequent travel experiences. First of all, despite that I have been back home, the stay having ended, I am still so grateful that hotel arranged me such an unbelievably beautiful suite that even right now I am still feeling like receiving a super big honor and privilege , though I indeed have no idea who in hotel made the decision to offer me the nice experience! Once again, this can be said as a warm hospitality that I have never been experiencing before. Therefore, allow me to express my appreciation to all of you at each position I met during the stay. Asmae,Lena, the two staff contacted me actively via mail for hoping to make arrangements I needed prior to my arrival, so that I will have a smooth arrival and easy check process. I really thank them for making so fabulous suite arrangements prior to my arrival. Then, upon arriving on Oct11, Trimy at front desk sorted out the check in process very fast and efficiently. Then, manager Marine approached me, courteously asking me whether I still needed something more or any amenity in room. Even during the 12 days, whenever we met each other, she just constantly asked me: Dr. Lin, are you happy about the suite? Do you still need anything in room? What else I can do for you to make your stay even more comfortable? Even though I answered: oh, I have been spoiled in the suite and nothing else is needed; she still said: as long as you have a good time staying in the suite, it is hotel’s gladness as well! So, Marine, heartedly again, thank you very much. Breakfast buffet is great: most of the selections are what I regularly eat in the morning, and service is detailed and polite. That is something very enjoyable each morning at the breakfast restaurant. Housekeeping has been great; they noticed so many details and put some touching items in room, that I felt each morning a fresh start of a new coming day. Finally, allow me give good compliments to all the staff at the bellmen station, who are hospitable and welcoming whenever I get into and out of hotel, and all of them can even just call me Mr.Lin, which I was really surprised with. I wrote too much, but definitely, I guess, still left out some staff I got assistance from. All in all, I’ll have no other hotel choices in London; its location, its service, its hospitality, its easy access to most of tourists will visit, and finally but most importantly, its courtesy, are all unparalleled in other high-end hotels I have ever stayed before!|See you shortly, I’ll soon be back to Four Seasons London at...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Trinity Square, and it exceeded all my expectations in every possible way. From the impeccable service to the stunning rooms and the world-class spa, this hotel truly offers a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

Accommodation: Upon entering my Premier room, The room itself was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the attention to detail in the room's design did not go unnoticed. It felt like a home away from home, but with an added touch of elegance that is synonymous with the Four Seasons brand. The bathroom was absolutely stunning.

Room Service: The room service at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Trinity Square was nothing short of exceptional. Whether it was a morning coffee, a late-night snack, or a full-course dinner, the service was prompt, and the food was delicious. The menu offered a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes, and the presentation was always top-notch. Dining in the comfort of my room with such gourmet offerings was a true indulgence. Halal options available

Spa and Wellness: The hotel's spa is a true sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped into the spa, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquillity. The spa's facilities, including the pool, sauna, and steam room, were pristine and well-maintained. The attention to detail in the spa's design and the professionalism of the staff truly set it apart.

Service and Staff: The staff at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Trinity Square are undoubtedly the heart and soul of the establishment. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest's needs are met with a warm smile and a willingness to assist. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel like a valued guest, and any request I had was promptly addressed. The level of service here is truly world-class. Thank you Dominic the Guest Relations Supervisor for the wonderful birthday treat. Highly appreciated.

Location: The hotel's location is another highlight. Situated in the heart of London, it provides easy access to iconic landmarks such as the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. The proximity to public transportation makes exploring the city a breeze, and the concierge was always on hand to provide helpful recommendations and directions.
