It was Amazing experience. I met William, an experimented Sale Advisor with strong customer service. I didnt care about the price of product, he was really helpful and excellent knowledge of product and the brand.

I am French and it is super difficult someone who understand what i was needed for my specific skin and allergy.

I will come back to specifically was advising by himself ans no one else. I was impressed by his presentation, it was like a luxury shop.

He transformed this place something really warmed and welcoming. At the end, i would like buying all. So, i think i will come back for perfume and skin care routine.

Thanks you William, and Be Careful Occitane, i think that William with his high end standard has strong future in a luxury shop si take care of his power.

My first time visiting a L'occitane store and Nikki (I hope I spelt that right) was incredibly supportive from the moment I walked in. I was looking for a Eid present, and had absolutely no idea what I was looking for, but Nikki was very patient with me and helped me put together a custom box set. She was very friendly and polite, and knew the brand well . . everything you would expect in the realms of customer experience. Being part of the luxury industry myself, I know how important feedback and recognition can be for any company, so I actually went back in to get her name so I can highlight this experience. A big thank you to Tadi for a great customer experience! I visited the store to purchase my dad's aftershave. I normally order this online but was glad I visited as I was informed about different products, gift sets and available offers but without being pressured into purchasing more.

I decided to purchase the Men's Voyage gift set which Tadi beautifully gift wrapped along with the aftershave in a gorgeous box! I treated myself to a hand cream which made me eligible for a free christmas gift. We joked that we were ticking off the family christmas shopping list! I came away with some samples to try and will be purchasing the almond shower oil next time.
