Lancaster House — Attraction in London

Staying in different hotels more than hundred times a year, I have the experience to say that this hotel does not care about his visitor at all and I will avoid this when I will be back in the area. 1- Working night shift (7pm to 7am) I had an agreement for a late check out upon my arrival. After the 3rd stay We have been told that the latest check out would be 1pm only due to the hotel being full... My colleague and I had to check out one night earlier because of this lie. 2- The cleaning of my room has been carried out on twice out of my 4 nights stay (and because I requested it) 3- I talked to the manager of the hotel about my concerns and my checkout earlier than expected (I paid for the last night even if I left!), he was supposed to Contact me about it by phone or email, I have never heard from...
