Longmans Florist — Attraction in London

Ordered flowers from my newborn for his nan as a surprise as i couldn't get out to buy any, they arrived but was delivered next door, no contact made to say they were delivered or did they knock/intercom, when we got them they looked cheap and i'm very disapointed as if I could physically get to the shop i wouldn't have used the service.

I called up and Belle said a replacement bunch would arrive the next day, (today) its 10.30 pm and no replacement bunch has arrived yet. I called them this afternoon for a guy to say belles not in can i call back the next day. I ordered a bouquet of sunflowers (and sunflowers only) which they had advertised as in stock on their website. When I received the flowers, there was not a single sunflower. Id understand it if they replaced a few if they didn't not have enough but if I am ordering a bouquet of just sunflowers and it says it is stock I expect at least 1. I would have no problem if they contacted me saying there isn't any and offer me a different option, however this wasn't even done and they sent me a random bouquet which was not even close same value as the bouquet I paid for. I contacted them twice afterwards and they have not responded to me at all. If I could give this place an even lower score I would. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE...

I received a bouquet of a dozen red roses for Valentines Day yesterday - which I'm sure cost the sender a fortune, it being Valentines. Sadly no due care and attention was given at all. The delivery person didn't even bother to come to my door, after I had buzzed him in. He just left the bouquet on the floor downstairs in my building. The flowers were definitely not the freshest; the stems were cut very very short and one of the heads dropped off when I went to put them in a vase.
