Lovely tea! Sadly very very slow service! It feels like there is only ever 1 person working here. Sometimes there is a 2nd staff member, but whenever I see them they are being taught to use the machines, which slows down service even more.

They are always serving delivery drivers, so you will stand around for ages before giving your order. There is also no where to sit. You will end up standing awkwardly in people's way in the middle of an grocery isle (because this is a tiny shop). There are boxes piled up everywhere, which could easily be moved for more room.
