Lucky Tea (Nine Elms) — Attraction in London

Lovely tea! Sadly very very slow service! It feels like there is only ever 1 person working here. Sometimes there is a 2nd staff member, but whenever I see them they are being taught to use the machines, which slows down service even more.

They are always serving delivery drivers, so you will stand around for ages before giving your order. There is also no where to sit. You will end up standing awkwardly in people's way in the middle of an grocery isle (because this is a tiny shop). There are boxes piled up everywhere, which could easily be moved...

Disrespectful employee and very bad service. I was there waiting for the employee to finish their phone call and to assist me for a few minutes and when he came he was so rude and whenever I asked him something, he responded by saying that everything is in the menu and never gave me an answer. As an employee, you’re supposed to answer whatever I ask even if the answer is straight in my face. At the end, I am not getting my order for free. I left without ordering and also did not purchase the stuff I was purchasing from the market from the...

Very poor organisation & NO customer service !

I had gone in just after 12:00 (the supposed opening hour), the ‚closed’ sign was still showing so I asked the young guy behind the counter whether they were opening, he said he had to go “buy the stuff” so I asked, but don’t you open at 12:00? To which he replied, whilst looking down at his phone, “but I need to go to buy the stuff, I need to go to Sainsbury’s” .. byeeeeee!
