Could anyone tell me how to deal with a nuisance neighbour? My upstairs is ridiculously noisy, literally stamp his feet everywhere he goes. It's like he's banging on my ceiling consistently, over and over again. Especially crazily from 11pm to 1 am, then 6am to 8am ish. I tried to talk to him, but he never opened his door even if he's home. I wrote him letters, no improvement. I requested the receiption to contact him, he never replied. I was told to record the noise then take it to a 3rd party. But the normal devices like a phone can't record vibrations and distant noise. Every time I lie down, he's banging. Called into the office to make an enquiry and the lady on the phone was so rude and unwelcoming that I felt like a victim of malicious abuse at the end of the phone call. Fair to say I'm really disappointed with my first experience of this company and I will be looking to take my business elsewhere as some people don't understand basic customer service.
