I recently visited the M&S store in Stratford and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The store is well-organized, clean, and offers a wide range of products and services, making it a convenient one-stop shop for all my needs.

So my review is one mixed feelings and it saddens me to have to write this mixed review about the beloved M&S. I visited M&S on the 22nd of January 2019 and had a wonderful time buying all the sale items I needed in the main store, as some one who lives on a budget but love quality items January is the time of year that I'm able to do so via M&S. after a long day shopping and with my ageing in laws (who were in wheelchair's), and struggling from pain and other emotional problems which stem from my hidden disabilities, my partner suggested we rest so; I could take medication and my in laws could use the rest room. We noted that M&S had a coffee shop outside the main store and decided that this would be the perfect place to have a cup of tea and rest, I thought I was going to get the same quality service I received from with in the main store. I was wrong; I've never meet such rude and un-understanding staff members in a long time. As I stated my in laws are ageing and can't always hear well when there is a lot of noise, well if to be been to Westfield you'd know that the communial walk ways to get to each shop has music playing and people walking around talking, so in other words load. So it was difficult to get the order from my elderly in laws, in which the 2 members of staff displayed their impatience! They also turned their back and were talking to one another about the fact we were indecisive, I have OCD and find it difficult to eat and drink out so can be indecisive. But in the 2 days that I musterded the courage to go to that crowded shopping centre was very disheartened at the 2 young ladies attudies. Not so much for myself because most of my disabilities are hidden. But for my in laws such a blend disregard for ageing people, and that was not the worst of it. I bumped into a family member who happens to work for M&S and not only were they disappointed that these young ladies had let down the M&S team, but their attudies swiftly changed once she pulled out her discount card. Could not have been nicer it was like being served by 4 diffrent people, they then turned their backs again I presume trying to work out if she was management or not. So with my review in mind; yes please visit the M&S in Stratford the staff in the main shop are helpful and will to answer all and any questions. It's really too BAD for a company with a name and brand in the industry that trades very high-value food items in London, but the customer care style is indeed terrible and terrible. I went shopping for things today at straford's M&S, I came here to buy more ice cream for my children and I paid on the cash card application and I didn't have time to get the bill, the money checker closed the application and I was forced by the staff to present the invoice because I didn't get it just now, so I don't have Correctly answer 1 question I didn't pay, it's so funny, can I say you don't have eyes, I paid and now you don't have eyes, I paid and now your device says no check when I bought the goods and can collect items with the M&S logo in my pocket. Where is the law when we shop have to keep invoices, each Straford M&S is 1 and only? There are no other M&S around the area? Why was the stuff in my pocket collected after you guys laughed contemptuously at me because you didn't have enough evidence to accuse me of stealing and just blame me for not having a bill to hide the flaw that you were wrong when I paid and dared to keep me back an and hurt my honour .you had a huge racism against us asians when you took turns interrog You guys can't check the time I pay while the payment card I show you and the test machine can be checked as well as the surveillance camera, I don't know English. My friend asked me to bring her things and she brought her children back because there was no one to help me, I helped my friend, I brought the things she bought into M&S and was blatantly robbed by you while the security cameras could not record any evidence that I had stolen things in your place. The total amount of money I bought nearly £100 of food and from my friend was blatantly robbed by the M&S company while they didn't show me any evidence to accuse me of being a thief.
