Wanted to collect my ticket from the counter. There was a person sitting there and the counter was open. So I showed my collection no. It was being manned by Sally Mbaio, she initially said you can use the machine, i said no this is quicker. Upon which she purposefully took long time to give me my ticket, and demanded i say please (like you would to a child) before she gave me my ticket. This was very patronising. She should be doing her job regardless of someone says please or not. To not give my ticket until I do so, is unprofessional. As a result of her I was late to work. Small TFL and Greater Anglia trains railway station. It was very quiet here. Good location within short walk to Stratford Centre and Stratford stations which is about 5-7 minutes walk, near many bus stops, shops and cafés on a busy High Road Leytonstone.
