Worst customer service ever! Visited this morning bearing in mind im not a regular in flying tiger. i asked her for the price of an item which wasnt labelled, European woman on the shop floor said "how am i meant to know the price, i dont memorise the prices on the shop floor". I only asked her if she happened to know price of an item. I was in shock with the reply.

I came back and gave some customer feedback to the lady. She replied back with "ok". I then asked her for her name to which she said she cant disclose this? I then asked for the manager as I felt so humiliated with every reply i was getting. She hesitated then said the manager is on lunch and will be an hour.

We had an appointment and couldn't wait long so as i was leaving the store she waved goodbye to me in such a patronising manner.

After my appointment, I rang the store manager and gave this feedback which I hope he passes on as this was the worst customer service I have received in my life. I know if this was any other customer they would have taken this much forward.

Always good value, and with interesting stuff. Great for toys, cheap craft supplies and fun kitchen stuff. Done really good ideas for things I've never seen elsewhere (favourite purchases include the jewellery holder/hanger, stacking tape dispensers for the decorative tapes they sell, and done very imaginative toys).

I quite like kitsch kitchen stuff but you can often pay a lot of stuff for things that look cheap if fun. Tiger sells fun cheap stuff that is actually cheap.

A useful shop with many ad-hoc items. I like their style, they are really just a budget general item store packaged to look premium. Which in my opinion makes them unique. I don't frequent this shop, but when i do go there i often find some interesting unique items. My only issue here is the quality isn't that great, but you get what you pay for i guess, they are cheap packaged to look premium.
