okay first thing i want to mention is the price because i know i will forget to, and i think she gave me more than i payed for. so it's really fantastic value for money and just to be clear it wasn't a lot of money but saying she is cheap might give the false impression it's a run of the mill bouquet you will get. it really isn't.

so the first impression as my wife caught a glimpse of the flowers on her desk was: "oh my gosh Bri i've never seen anything like this before", says she then smiles at them. (and yes she has had flowers before)

"they're outstanding", say's she and gently touches the petals,

"i have never seen a combination like that all in one bunch", says she stepping back from them and says, "they're Stunning". "wait there i am going to get my phone, i want to know what that one is!" she says as she runs up the stairs.

this carries on for the next ¼hr

i feel like i nailed it, but then remember all i did was make the order. the girls did all the magic.

Tash did all the getting into my head to know what i wanted, then ordered what she needed to get the impact, made it sound easy.

arranged them in a way that even i (am a guy enit) was stopped in my tracks over.

so well done to Tash and the girls on a job done brilliantly.

if you are buying flowers get them from here, i know you will get the same warm professional treatment that i did. because when i went there they had no idea if i was going to buy from them because they hadn't seen me before as i had made the order over a voice call to Tash who wasn't there at that time. so they treated me as a total stranger because as far as they knew that's exactly what i was as they had no idea i had already made an order. and i was warmly welcomed.

ok, an hour later my wife has now taken the arrangement down from her desk and put it on the floor between us and got her phone out and started Google lens to identify each flower. she keeps...

I rang first thing in the morning in a panic looking for flowers last minute which is generally a No Go in London. Natasha was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I explained what I was looking and also sent her a picture for inspiration. As we spoke on the phone she even offered to Video Call to show the bouquet she was creating. Natasha not only created what I was looking for but put her own creative touches to it. She had the flowers made and delivered within an hour, much to the absolute delight of my finance! Special mention for the cost. For the price I paid the bouquet was far larger than what I was used to in London. Absolutely amazing customer service from Natasha right from the word go. I don't live in the area so made email contact to arrange a floral delivery. Natasha was fantastic and send ideas of arrangements/price. Worked exactly to my budget. On day of delivery I discovered recipient was out of country.
