If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went there a few months ago with my friends and we switched the rice for chips with no issue. Went there today, just now and got salad the size of a hamsters portion “complimentary”, I asked to switch the rice for chips and they told me no, I asked why this is they said we don’t do this it’s not allowed…not allowed? Are there rules? I said we came here a couple months ago and done the same thing they said no that’s not right…? lol I’ve never been to a Turkish restaurant and been told we’re not allowed to swap rice for chips…. They do that so they make you pay another extra £4/£5 for chips…. Wow I’m appalled gokyuzu has really gone downhill if you want a decent Turkish meal with decent complimentary dishes and brilliant proportions for brilliant price please head over to Hala in Green lanes or izagara in Finchley… even emono down the road in Kentish Town is better. You’re paying the same for more. We left without eating anything we just got up...

Then all the time, they make big noise while they are making drinks! I asked my self, Did I really decided to enjoy dining out today to be seated beside rubbish and noise!!
I don’t think I will go again there despite the food was good because they humiliate people by sitting them there.
My message to management: remove those three tables or move them to a good place that is compatible with your restaurants...

This conduct is unacceptable and should be brought to the attention of food hygiene authorities. Furthermore, we received no compensation upon requesting the bill and had to remind the staff to remove the service charge. Our overall experience was disappointing and fell short of our...
