Paid 1 pound more, for just half tomato sauce scoop..(still ok...we are in London...) but the pizza was burned at the bottom and raw on the top....with a hole in the middle and so much flower on the boards....If I pay £8.50 for a pizza I would pretend that you also put your effort to make the pizza at the best that you can.... I didn't want to complain because a Neapolitan pizza is always a Neapolitan pizza, indeed I had all pizza as it was still good even like that....a Neapolitan pizza even if is bad, is still good....I hope you can appreciate my feedback to improve and don't make the same mistakes....

Excellent sourdough restaurant! Conveniently located opposite the Tube station, this place knows pizza. The welcome was friendly, and the staff were helpful and patient with me as I hobbled around with my walker. The menu was compact but focussed instead on doing a limited number of things really well. The service was unbelievably quick (early Saturday evening) and the food itself was delicious. Puddings were just as good as the pizza. There are plenty of options for gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian diets, and even disabled toilets. Very, very impressed and can't wait to come back again.

First time at Franco Manca and have to say I'm pretty impressed! I ordered a takeaway Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella pizza and substituted for vegan cheese. Was told it would take about 10 minutes, I got it in closer to five!! Massively better than the slightly tasteless vegan offer at Pizza Express. The "cheese" was gooey and tasted like cheese! Pizza was generous given it was £6.55, really happy. Only downside, got cold very quick, so maybe eat in or eat quicker at home. The restaurant is really nice exposed brick inside and staff are friendly and welcoming. Will eat in next time!

Not good value for money. FRANKLY MANKY Like SO MANY REVIEWS HERE -mine was burnt on the base. Stupid me - should've read the reviews and saved my money.

Only pizzas and very little choice at that. Fancy descriptions for 10 pizzas on the menu. Plus a chalk board with "the days specials" though I doubt they are renewed.

Mine said "Wild mushrooms, fresh basil". 3 limp, at least a day old leaves. Burnt base, extra thin and soggy. No choice of style of pizza. Probably because, like a MacDonalds, it's all cooking by numbers.

Very pleasant staff. It's not their fault. It's a CHAIN that's got too big and now no longer can control or care about quality. The "manager" mostly replies to positive reviews. Reminds me of WIMPY bars in the 70's.

I wish Gordon Ramsay would review this chain as a secret diner. This company really needs to feel ashamed.

You can get MUCH better pizza at your local supermarket for about £5. Plus, there is a strong likelihood that (providing you follow the instructions on the box) you will cook it better than...

Popped into Franco Manca in Kentish Town on a Friday night. Got seated right away, which was a nice surprise. The place was clean, the service was friendly and quick, and the vibe was relaxed—just what you want for an easy dinner.

I ordered the Amatriciana pizza and asked them to make it spicy. It came with tomato, onion, cured pork cheek, mozzarella, crispy pancetta, pecorino, and basil—and it was fantastic. The real star here is the crust: soft, thick around the edges, just the right amount of chew, and perfectly thin in the middle. It’s a great size for when you’re properly hungry without feeling over the top.

I stop at Franco Manca often when I’m in London because it’s consistently good, fair-priced, and satisfying. This location lived up to that standard. Would...
