I am 100% a satisfied customer and there is no negatives i can comment on even if i tried. The veg and quater pounder cheese burger was great as expected. Fish cake and was good too. The battered sausage was better than expected as i initially thought it would be too dry or not as soft.
Above all the main COD FISH & CHIPS was absolutely excellent! The quality and the damn size of the fish, i was very happy with and it was scrumptious to eat. It did not feel like your usual cold, slightly off quality you often get with Uber food deliveries. And the portion of the chips was too good. Each fat chip was to great taste.
And before anyone thinks of me as some hired reviewer, i will say that i am typically critical when it comes to reviews as i do tend to comment on anything that i do not like and i can be hardcore as i am not easily impressed and over all try to avoid fast deliveries which mostly disappoint me, especially with runny shakes. I guess it goes without saying that i will be a regular here until they put me off lol. Fish and chips being approximately £14 for this size is definetly a bargain compared to my 25 minute walk to Shadwell E1 which i usually go to but will not anymore unless the ‘Wapping Fish Bar’ gives me reason to. Thank you for this meal as me and my dad enjoyed it and best of luck in the...

Make sure you pop by! They're great!!
Ps: battered sausage was also very yummy and we ate that while waiting. They were considerate about how hungry we were and gave us a few chips to...

Went into Whopping Fish Bar and was greeted by such a lovely, friendly guy — really welcoming from the moment we walked in. The place has loads of character, with brilliant old photos and price lists from the 1960s and 70s on the wall — really fun to look at while you wait.
The food was amazing — the cod was fresh with a perfectly crispy batter, and the chips were proper old-school and cooked just right. Huge portions too! They even sell the old onion vinegar from back in the day, which was such a nice nostalgic touch.
Honestly, one of the best fish and chip shops I’ve been to in ages....
