What a disgrace this area is. It is poor for viewing aircraft because of large fuel tanks in line of vision. There are two well worn tables with benches and one shelter. Hardly sufficient. There are no allocated parking spaces and the minimum parking charge is £5.50 which gets you one hour. A far better location is via Sheldon Country Park. Birmingham Airport you...

Good view of runway, airport terminal and apron... Lots of aircraft taking off and landing, you can really feel the jet blast and smell the fuel!! Handy spot for car park and close enough to Birmingham International Train Station, via the very regular skytrain, which is a nice little adventure in itself and free...
