Absolutely awful experience

Ordered via the app (as requested on numerous signs around the establishment)

20 minutes passed.....the food arrives! The food is hot and fresh, and tbh, uncooked and delivered well within expectation. It is the manager who delivers the food, so I ask him if he can chase our drinks please (2 x pints of draught beer). His response "there's only one person making drinks, if you want them faster you can go to the end of the bar"

Now, I fully understand the strains of being short staffed etc within hospitality, but after eating my breakfast, I go to the bar, 4th in the queue as people are waiting for hot drinks, the lady trying to clear the queue has not got a clue what is going on, there are 5 team members behind the bar, only one is serving drinks to people, 1 is making hot drinks and there is a poor your lady trying to deal with all the complaints whilst there are 2 people putting glasses away.

If you are going to actively encourage order on the app, then it would be beneficial to make sure you can deliver the service. Order at the bar would have been the better option there.

To add insult to injury, there was a £4 service charge added to the bill (no option to remove)

All in all, the manager needs sacking for his awful customer service and I recommend you order at the bar. I will be requesting a refund of said service charge.

All Bar One Birmingham Airport - 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently visited All Bar One at Birmingham Airport and had an exceptional experience! The service provided by Teigan was outstanding - attentive, friendly and professional throughout.

The food was delicious - I particularly enjoyed their burger which was perfectly prepared by the kitchen team (kudos to Nay and Liam!). Fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection, and presented beautifully.

Special mention must go to Hannah and Max behind the bar who were absolutely top class. Quick service with a smile, expertly crafted drinks, and they created a welcoming atmosphere despite the usual airport hustle and bustle.

Whether you're looking for a pre-flight meal or just a place to relax with a drink while waiting for your departure, All Bar One at Birmingham Airport is definitely worth a visit. The combination of excellent food, drinks and service makes it stand out among airport dining options.

A perfect spot to begin or...

Staff not very helpful. Flight at 6 and they didn't start serving breakfast till 04:30 when everywhere else is open at 04:00. Because of the later opening than other establishments, because of slow ordering, because of slow delivery of meal, because of slow payment of bill, I'm not sure if I'll be using it again. I think you need to open early and get the staff to operate with a little more urgency. I seemed to be rushing to fit everything in, after visiting this establishment, before I had to get to the departure gate. Asked if she could put my loyalty points onto my app. But after she said she had, my app says different there's NO LOYALTY POINTS been added. So what's the point of being loyal. As usual your ripped off in an airport, treated shabbily in an airport. Travelling through Birmingham airport again in about 6 weeks not sure at the moment if I'll be using this...
