Was quite busy when arrived and despite it being very early morning my wonderful waitress EDITHA seemed happy to see me and seat me straight away. I was given a menu and my table was wiped and sanitized before me even ordering. EDITHA made me feel very welcome and never once was too pushy or seemed to rush me. She took my order and withing 5-6 minutes I was served this beautiful and delicious meal. Every bite I had was excellent! I enjoyed looking around and seeing how kind and present Editha with every single guest and the smile on her face was absolutely a pleasure to witness. Ive never felt pampered and helped this much! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Bottega Bar in Birmingham Airport thanks to the incredible service from Christina and Jas. Christina greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel instantly at ease. Her friendly, professional manner and genuine enthusiasm really set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

What made the experience even more special was Jas going above and beyond by checking my departure gate for me – such a thoughtful gesture that allowed me to finish my glass without any stress. It’s rare to find that level of care and attention, especially in a busy airport environment.
