I was absolutely disgusted to see small flies buzzing around the pastries and cakes when we visited Pret at Birmingham Airport on 11th February. Our flight was set to depart at 8:30 PM, and this filthy sight completely ruined my appetite. With such limited food options available, I was relying on Pret because I wanted to avoid the dreadful airline food. A cosy little shop in Birmingham Airport where you can grab a coffee, cake, and other food.

There's a wide variety of food and beverages from juices, tea, coffee and water. You can also buy hot and/or cold food, such as paninis, toasties, fruit, yoghurt and cake - lots of healthy foods accommodating various dietary supplements.

The staff are very hardworking and dedicated, going above and beyond in helping customers, especially when it gets very busy.

I recommend going to Pret A Manger at Birmingham Airport- well worth getting food...

This review isn't a reflection on the customer service. I'm giving it one star because of their lack of care for the environment. Considering that this company prints messages on their cups promoting environmental care, I was surprised to come here and find that everything is served with disposable plastic utensils, even if you're eating in.
