The building is deceptive, it looks quite small outside but inside it's a labyrinth of staircases and many rooms around every corner. Thankfully there's a route to follow to make sure you don't miss anything or get lost. There were a couple of volunteers available who answered any questions you had on the history of the hall. The rooms are a little bare, some pieces of furniture and small display cases, slightly disappointing. But there is a children's area and a quaint garden. Overall about an hour to spend for a fiver to get in, it's not amazing but it's worth a visit.
