£12.50 for one child makes this a very expensive activity for less than an hour to play - the first 20-30 minutes was the safety briefing. Then having to pay an extra £2.50 for three goes on the big slide was an unpleasant surprise - no idea why is this not included in the already steep price. The food was also expensive for what it was (simple baguettes and toasties) and the cafe staff seemed inexperienced or perhaps just a bit disorganised, as many of the menu items were unavailable because their supplier had let them down and because some ingredients were not defrosted! The parking was extremely limited, with none available at all, so we had to park up the hill and round the corner at the Adrenaline overflow car park. Inside there were not enough chairs for parents to use while the children played, and the tables were not clean. The general decor and presentation was quite good, and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets, and the tree-filled view from the window was quite nice. My son was entertained for a short while, but not for long, as he felt most of the climbing walls were pretty much the same as each other. Overall it was a disappointing visit, and definitely not somewhere we would...

Read moreAbsolutely brilliant! The staff at Plymouth Clip'n Climb were simply AMAZING with our little (as yet undiagnosed) autistic fella. Pretty much every staff member took the time to speak with him and offer help / demonstrations but not to push him. They listened to his millions of questions and showed him, repeatedly, how everything worked. We knew our little man would not climb on his first visit - that he would need to familiarise himself with every nook and cranny first! The staff observed this and gave him a free return card so he has the opportunity to climb next time. We didn't actually attend the SEN session as we didn't realise you could attend without a diagnosis - but we saw it in action while we waited for ours to begin. They were fabulous with these children. As soon as they realised our little man had additional needs too, they asked if he wanted the music volume turned down without any prompting. Next time we shall book the SEN session - but even if you don't attend that one - rest assured that you are in very safe and very kind hands. What a fabulous team. Well done Plymouth...
