We visited for the mini mountaineers+ session with my 3 year old son & 5 year old nephew. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. After the extensive safety briefing, the staff then circled around the climbing areas offering advice, helping where necessary, and generally being great. One of them saw my 3 year old was struggling with the confidence to trust the rope & after he had climbed to return to the mat safely and so he demonstrated it by climbing him self and falling back with the rope safely returning him to the ground, acts like this made the difference. The selection of walls was great, the fact as an adult you were able to be inside the climbing area to help and support your toddler was great. Would highly recommend and this is something we will do regularly. By the end of the session my son was absolutely loving it, he went from being nervous to confident during this one session.

What a wonderful place for kids to learn to climb in complete safety. Friendly staff on hand all the time. When your child first gets there they are kitted out with ther safety harness and then given a full safety brief of the does and don't. For younger children parents may go with them in the climbing area. There are refreshment facilities and toilets which were excellent and clean. There is also a lift to the upper level. The Grandson really enjoyed himself. Thank you to all the staff at Clip n Climb.

What an incredible space, but even more - the staff. It was amazing to see how much they do care about their customers. The management are incredibly knowledgeable about the safety and mechanics of climbing, and make it truly safe for any age. Seeing a little girl in a wheelchair getting a chance to climb with a manager's help, and seeing the progress of kids during the SEN hour on Sunday mornings - it just goes to show this is more than climbing.

£12.50 for one child makes this a very expensive activity for less than an hour to play - the first 20-30 minutes was the safety briefing. Then having to pay an extra £2.50 for three goes on the big slide was an unpleasant surprise - no idea why is this not included in the already steep price. The food was also expensive for what it was (simple baguettes and toasties) and the cafe staff seemed inexperienced or perhaps just a bit disorganised, as many of the menu items were unavailable because their supplier had let them down and because some ingredients were not defrosted! The parking was extremely limited, with none available at all, so we had to park up the hill and round the corner at the Adrenaline overflow car park. Inside there were not enough chairs for parents to use while the children played, and the tables were not clean. The general decor and presentation was quite good, and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets, and the tree-filled view from the window was quite nice. My son was entertained for a short while, but not for long, as he felt most of the climbing walls were pretty much the same as each other. Overall it was a disappointing visit, and definitely not somewhere we would...

An absolute joke had to cancel as my child has a bug was told I had to give them 48 notice to get my money back but I booked it the day before less than 24 hours before our session so how the hell does that work. I lost almost 50 pounds and as a single perent that's a lot of money. And I am sure they will fill my session with ease so not only are they keeping my money there be getting another lot of .only for my slot. An absolute joj3.

Won't let me reply to your. Reply you must have done something so you could end the convocation making me look the bad person

Like I said 50 pound is a lot of money and it no skin off your nose to. Re book another session and with the cost of liven at the moment. This is rare Treat for me and .my boys there no way I can give you 48 hours notice o. Mu son getting sick bug. The girl on the phone obviously dos nor have kids Sounded very young

So unfortunately I am gonna have to bring my lad In for this session today s Sorry to every one that's going to be there. In advance and I hope you don't catch what he has. But I just can't afford to waste 50 pounds your welcome to call me to sort this out before I...

Absolutely brilliant! The staff at Plymouth Clip'n Climb were simply AMAZING with our little (as yet undiagnosed) autistic fella. Pretty much every staff member took the time to speak with him and offer help / demonstrations but not to push him. They listened to his millions of questions and showed him, repeatedly, how everything worked. We knew our little man would not climb on his first visit - that he would need to familiarise himself with every nook and cranny first! The staff observed this and gave him a free return card so he has the opportunity to climb next time. We didn't actually attend the SEN session as we didn't realise you could attend without a diagnosis - but we saw it in action while we waited for ours to begin. They were fabulous with these children. As soon as they realised our little man had additional needs too, they asked if he wanted the music volume turned down without any prompting. Next time we shall book the SEN session - but even if you don't attend that one - rest assured that you are in very safe and very kind hands. What a fabulous team. Well done Plymouth...
