Glasgow Print Studio — Attraction in Scotland

One of my favourite places in Glasgow over the years. It's not just a gallery space- they gave really good weekend art classes as well! I feel that many people who live in Glasgow still don't know about it, which is a shame.

They have a gallery opening every first Thursday of the month and it's a good time to enjoy a complimentary drink and some jelly beans. If your interest is in printmaking this is a must when visiting Glasgow. Member's workshop upstairs not open to public. Gallery space below on two levels exhibiting a changing rota of their member's original artist's prints, also browsers with a variety of prints in various sizes. I have never been in the print studios before and was highly impressed with the modernisation inside. I loved the exhibition that was on the ground floor and the lovely unique cafe. I also gathered loads of different info of what's on in Glasgow throughout May and all about the Edinburgh Festival. I didn't venture upstairs due to time constraints but I am looking forward to...
