I don’t normally complain about anything, but for this…. I am very disappointed for the service we have on this shop. I work in a food industry as well so i know what to expect. First, when i approach the shop/kiosk, no one acknowledge my presence and its fine by me, there where 3 of them and they were busy cleaning. Ask one of them if they still open, and she replied yes. (This around 7-7:30pm today) there is no que so i said to my self its perfect coz we are in a bit hurry. Second, the team member approached me picking her nose, and didn’t wash nor sanitise her hands afterwards and just went straight to the till and serve me. Third, i understand and i know the feeling of having a trainee or a new team member with u on the busy time, but this one it seems that she was not been trained properly either/assisted by anyone who knows what their doing so i waited for my bubble tea for 15-20min i think. It should be fine by me if someone apologise for the long wait but no one did. And the last one that really disappoints me was about my order. (Slushy , milktea with tapioca and honeydew with tapioca) me and my husband supposed to cool down with the slushy bubble tea we had, but it turns out the other way around, its just we are drinking a slushy water/ice with tapioca pearl😬 i burst out with anger in the middle of the motor way!!! In my head i was saying ( this should taste perfect since we have waited long enough) but a lot of disappointment and dissatisfaction . Read moreWe had ordered 3 Jasmine bubble tea’s and a guava bubble tea For my family friends take out 2 , one Jasmine tea for myself When I tasted the Jasmine bubble tea had no sugar by the time other drinks I was given to my family friends I have returned to store informed a team member that there is no sugar in my Jasmine tea The team member’s looked at eachother the first member said I might’ve forgotten to add it in . Then the next member Interfered she had claimed saying that the drink ordered had 0 sugar in it She also claimed that She can’t replace the other drinks as long I have brought it back I understand that with out the drink they can’t replace it unfortunately my friends took the drinks to their house, But when i asked a staff member that I want to speak to the manager she’s saying that she’s the manager I asked her name she said there is no need for me to give me your name. Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience. A scam of a place. Refused to refung my money after false advertisement. The server told me I can have up to 7 bubbles with my tea. I proceeded to ask for 7 choices. After paying I noticed the price was high and I saw a 50p charge for each bubble topping. The server did not do her due diligence to inform me that my choices would reflect a charge. The manager said they have a "zéro refund policy" and refused to refund me saying the prices were clear. Their policy which I asked to read (and I do not agree should be legal) , says they will try to make a drink of choice in a dispute. I want to make it clear that instead of going down this route, the manager spoke to me in a condescending tone and absolutely refused to see where I was coming from or speak to me like a human. I am stuck with a drink that I do not want and is completely full of bubbles (because once again this wasn't explained to me).
