Had to go into Stockport, as our local branch has now closed. Spent about 20 mins waiting then another 20 mins filling in forms etc only to find out a month or so later that nothing we had requested had actually been actioned. You can't get through to the branch, only to a centralised number who of course know nothing about it. It seems NatWest are trying to drive away customers. As we still have local branches of other Banks providing alternatives to their shoddy service and distant locations they may at least have succeed meeting one of their...
