Paw & Co — Attraction in Worcester

I was having a nice time but was rudely told by the older lady working there (after 2 hours) that they required me to leave because they will ‘need my seat’ even though I was a paying customer. I let them know on arrival that I would be with them all day due to waiting on my partner to finish a local tournament and that I’m not local. I had driven 70 miles for this today (140 round trip) had left home at 7:30am and just got back at 8:30pm so I was planning the day around ‘relaxing’ here. I was consistently buying food and drink to support the shop for the time I was going to be there. I was planning on buying one of their dog coats before leaving too but instead the whole experience made me feel very uncomfortable, unwelcome, anxious and nearly threw me into a panic attack as it was so unnecessary. We absolutely love Paw and Co! We have wanted something like this in Worcester for a long time- the shop has such a variety of products- treats, food, dog beds, coats, accessories, toys, gifts, shampoos/grooming products we bought our dog Crosby a new collar and lead ☺️ The cafe is so nice such a pleasant atmosphere. We have been a few times now and enjoyed tea and cake and our dog Crosby enjoyed his very own puppuccino and dog biscuit. He loves it there he doesn't stop wagging his tail from the moment we get there to when we leave!! The owners are so friendly and the girls who work in the cafe are so sweet and chatty. I've been visiting Paw and Co for a while now and I now rate it the best place to go for what my hound needs. The own brand food is great for an uber fussy Maltese. The really small kibble is perfect for her. What also sets it apart is the assistance I always get from staff especially Kate. She's super efficient, friendly and patient with this correspondent who's not known for always getting to the point or explaining what they want, i.e. a tad awkward ! I enjoy the level of service, which is not my experience at other outlets where you can feel a nuisance. Great...
