Attended my first ever Flatworld gig here last night. What a venue! What a performance. "Other bands tell jokes between songs, we tune our instruments" Does an oboe need retuning? π The band really opened my mind regarding Mediterranean and eastern European folk/rock/pop. And I now know several things you can do with an aubergine π, provided you have lots of wine. The band were all great, but their oboeist is special. The Baroque venue has an ambiance all of its own. I'm sure I'll be back.
