Express — Attraction in Abington Township

We came to this store to exchange a coat it was from Christmas gift, unfortunately we removed the tag (nobody told us we can’t remove it, and it doesn’t say anywhere not removed) we understand it’s her job and we weren’t rude or use inappropriate words but all three ladies call the security, they treated us like criminals, even customers service called them accepting our exchange they refused to do it and they told them coat wasn’t in good condition which is a lie!! It’s to sad and unfair because we have been Express customers for a while and they were really, really rude! I just want to share the pictures so you can see how unfair and disrespectful was...

I saw some amazing clothing in the store window. As I searched online for the items I was interested in to my dismay I found several things to be over priced. Not only that, their sizes are S, M & L. Very little XL and no plus sizes. It became crystal to me what shoppers this store was targeting. Tiny European females with no hips or rears. Unfortunately this has been the trend of this store for a while. I live near by so I'm in the mall daily. On Friday 12/13/24 my boyfriend and I came into the store and we were immediately turned off . We were not greeted when we first walked in, we didn’t see any associates around to even help us, each associate that we did see were standing behind the cash register talking and eating chick fi la .
