Huntingdon Valley Shopping Center — Attraction in Abington Township

Usually it's awesome but today.. Poor guy at the Deli was training a new person and he was running ragid and he was the only one who was serving customers.. I didn't understand that?? The Cashier was so slow that never happens he was a tall black guy who was so slow definitely needs more training didn't bag anything for us didn't help the Elderly Woman who was having problems with her card! Just stood there and said it says error! My husband had to help her and he also had to help her with her bags lifting them off the counter into her cart! I have l never experienced any bad service there but this time I figured I should let you know.. we love your storage awesome even today on senior citizen day we never have a problem.. usually your cashiers are very helpful we never had just one person serving customers at the deli and also training a person.. that was totally unfair to him.. but he did it with a smile 😊.. other than that...

I never write reviews but after the experience I had with Diamond in the Huntingdon Valley Verizon store I felt compelled to from the moment I walked in the store he was very welcoming and friendly. Then his knowledge of the products I was looking at was impeccable. He helped me pick out the products that would be best for what I was looking for and explained how each one worked very thoroughly. It was an experience that you don’t get very often these days in customer service. I mainly go here to go to The Giant market it has decent groceries, no issues there, and staff could be a tad more friendly and give off a slightly Racist vibe, overly watchful.
