Vintage Cigar Room — Attraction in Abington Township

First time here, first time smoking a REAL CIGAR ( I do black & milds on occasion.. stop laughing!) Sweet and welcoming experience like having cupcakes from an awesome bakery ( but that's a different review for another day..my bad.) Great black lounge experience like you would hope it would be. I'm talking conversation with strangers ( didn't show no pics considering at least one of the three brothers their, was supposed to be on his way home!) I too was only gonna do like 29 puffs then be out but...Stevie Wonder playing, " Songs in the key of life" in the background? What?! Plus the Phillies was winning on the vintage 26" t.v. on a stand that was wobbly with pliers for an antenna!! ( Sike ). What I'm trying to say is.. the atmosphere was The Bomb! I ordered a pack from them, they had it on the site and it said there were some available in their inventory. After I ordered it the owner emailed me and told me it was out of stock and implied it was my fault for ordering an item off there site with a quantity available for not magically knowing they didn't have any. So I asked for a refund, they got someone from a random email (I Williams) to help me get my money back. The random email told me they'd issue my refund soon, I waited for 2 weeks then emailed again he said he was sorry and would get it right to me. Another few weeks later I emailed again and he said sorry again, they'd send the check to my house. Another month later after not receiving anything I email again, get no response. I love spending my earned money on something that a website lists in stock, accused of ordering something 'i knew they didn't have' then get a run around to try to get my own money back and then never get it. I want to say as a business owner, I am EXTREMELY impressed (and was in awe) about the great selection of cigars and the overall experience. Vintage Cigar room not only provides exquisite taste in cigars, they offer a lounge space that encompasses a prestigious environment, adult appropriate entertainment, and all around positive vibes. I bartended there for a "ladies night" event, and all of the members, future members, staff and owners were nothing but helpful and loving.
