Covid masks are required (the majority of shoppers, mall employees, restaurant employees, mall security, did wear Covid masks/practiced safe distancing), I like that the Willow Grove mall has plenty of upper roof windows, and a HVAC system. Which maintain's a good indoor air temperature. And a rooftop windows design that let's in plenty of the daylight, and 🌞 the sunshine.
I like the free, three story free parking garage, which has a third floor that leads outdoors to a parking section. Which leads to a enclosed bridge. With Handicap accessible doors/regular doors. That first goes thru the food court restaurant/public/Handicap rest rooms area; and to third floor stores, shops.
Of course, the anchor stores such as: Bloomingdale's, Macy's/shops are situated on all three floors, with up/down escalators, @ about midway of each mall floor. And there's a convenience public elevator about midway of each mall floor.
(My favorite mall attraction), "the food court" is on the third floor (midway of the mall) or off the top of the (outdoor roof floor) of the parking garage, and there's a short bridge crossing to access it. And the food court is open for buying cooked: middle Eastern, Chinese Asian, and American foods. The food is good, I might add!
And the food prices are reasonable. Up to seven people aka a family, can eat there using a food court table(s), and chair(s). Or you can take your food elsewhere, to dine. There's a good variety of restaurant food choices. Not to mention, for your convenience.
As fore stated. There are anchor stores such as: Bloomingdale's, and Macy's has access to it on each floor. Not to mention the numerous other stores/shops too choose from.
Most importantly, the public restroom's (that I'm sure of) are on or about the mid-mall first floor level, in the back mall corridor near the T.G.I. Friday's restaurant back door.
And about the mid-mall the third floor level, adjacent to the back corridor of the food court, and restaurants. Enjoy, your mall shopping experience, friends. And yes I recommend the: Willow Grove mall/I will shop there again. And should you stop @ the food court for a bite? Bon...
Read moreWillow Grove Park, a charming mall filled with various activities and well-known brands to shop around, in addition to becoming more kid-friendly.
Although some stores become abandoned, they are replaced as fast as they are shut down. With an ample amount of parking space Willow Grove offers along with its three floors, it’s easy to become lost, but perhaps that’s also the fun of the trip of finding your car in the parking space and the exit.
You can never go wrong going here for the first time, the second time, or regularly, there’s always something to do for all ages. Each floor offers something different, enough to keep you company to look around and move on to the next store for a couple of hours before becoming tired, so you can say that there are a lot of stores to look into.
With the food court being upstairs and a restaurant nearby, there are several food options you can have to dine in in their spacious dining area.
It’s safe to say that this is one of the malls that is here to stay for a couple more years with its innovation and always being up to date with what the people are looking for when entering the mall.
Also mentioning, Christmas time here is nothing but...
Read moreThe VIP Holiday Photos with the Easter bunny was a complete disappointment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the service was subpar. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional, leaving us waiting in long lines with no clear direction. We had an 11:18am appointment and the Easter bunny did not show up until 11:35am.
Once we finally got our turn for the photos, the quality was atrocious. The lighting was off, the backgrounds were uninspired, and the Easter bunny looked like it was ready to hop out of there as soon as possible. It was evident that no effort was put into making the experience enjoyable or memorable.
What's even worse is that the mall should take responsibility for this dismal experience. By allowing VIP Holiday Photos to operate within their premises, they are essentially endorsing this level of service. It's unacceptable that they would subject their customers to such a terrible experience.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by seeking alternative options for Easter photos. Willow Grove Mall's VIP Holiday Photos is a complete letdown, and they should be held accountable for providing such a...
