First, the counter guy seemed to believe that what I was looking for didn't exist. One of the brothers that own the place stepped in. He went straight to the spot where the non-existent item sat all alone on the shelf. He gave me an installation tip...and $44.00 later I was on my way. After I blew it up trying to install it, I brought it back. I was hoping for some sympathy and a refund, even though the item was now dead, and not saleable . Now, the other brother, after explaining why he couldn't refund the item because, in truth, I was the one who ruined it. Makes sense. Well, just before I was going to try tears, he acquiesced and agreed to refund my purchase. Then he kicked me out of the store with an assortment of explatives...just kidding! The term "It's a pleasure doing business with you" is something that is sometimes thrown around too often or unjustly. That is not the case with this supply house! EVERYONE HERE IS GREAT! From the girls that answer the phone, Rose Ann and Josephine, to the guys at the counter Tony, Eric, Mike and MJ, and the delivery drivers who come to our shop and our jobs. Everyone and I mean everyone is polite, courteous, and professional. They are always willing to help in any way they can. The stock is also great and very rarely do they not have what I need. Went to ask about a receipt that I couldn't get when there was a issue with the internet back in July. A gentleman and I arrived at the same time. In fact he held the door open for me.. He went to the left area of the counter and I went to the right side of the counter. Then all I know is the gentleman was sent to where I was and was told by your employee that he was first.
