I loved my wedding and had an amazing time, but we had some major issues here and i'm writing this review strictly for future brides. While it is a beautiful space w/ great food and very flexible rental options, my experience here was not ideal. Everything started out fine and very promising, but as time went on (mainly after our food tasting), things started to get a bit unsettling as our assigned coordinator let us know she'd be passing us off to her assistant..3-4 weeks before the wedding in an email that came after we turned in our deposit check. We then had the regular big meeting to go over everything before the meeting (with florist, wedding planner, music, new assistant coordinator, etc) and we all thought everything was going to be a-okay, until we received a follow up email from venue assistant coordinator and EVERYTHING WAS WRONG. I am typically a really easy going person and would haaaaate to act in a "bridezilla" manner in any way, but at this point i'm a bit annoyed, and having to deal with all of this from another city. I had my planner clear everything up and could just hope for the best. Then, it's the big day and i'm thinking things are running smoothly for the most part, however behind the scenes it was apparently a different story. Just off the top of my head I remember that the food was all screwed up (leaving mother in law very upset) and they wheeled our wedding cake out on a janky plastic cart without a table cloth on it or anything and we never saw our cake again (some people complained about not getting any). I hate to leave a negative review like this because the staff are super nice people and the place is very pretty, but feel its better for future brides to be aware of what they might be...

Hands down the most PERFECT venue for your event! We held our wedding here on 3/20/21 and could not have been more pleased with the level of service that every single person on their staff gave us. Laura their Sales Coordinator (and my favorite person) was so professional and accommodating to every one of our requests for our special day.

Perks of booking this venue: It is located in such a central part of the Dallas area which allowed guests the ability to easily Uber to and from venue. They offer a bar option that allows you to provide your own alcohol...can you say budget saver! Tip, purchase your booze at Total Wine... what you don't use you can then return. The venue has plenty of complimentary parking spots which is hard to find with many DFW venues. Many of the venues we toured required an additional $800-$1K for parking. Large enough for social distancing Allows for extended venue rental. Our wedding ended at 1am..! The venue is great for hosting a wedding all in the same place. We held our ceremony in one enclosed area of the venue, cocktail hour in their covered patio area and the reception in the main venue space.

I would absolutely hold another event here. I highly recommend Venue Forty|50 and now that our wedding planner has worked with them she also plans to suggest them to all of her couples. What are you waiting...
