Hands down, Royal Palace Restaurant & Hookah Lounge is the crown jewel of the DFW Day life and nightlife scene! I’ve been to many spots around the Metroplex, but nothing compares to the experience here. They just revamped their menu and wow, the flavors are next-level! The ribeye, grilled fish, and salmon? Absolutely divine. Each bite felt like a celebration.
I chose this gem for my birthday dinner on a Friday night, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. After an amazing meal, we hung out and soaked in the incredible music and laid-back yet luxe vibe. From start to finish, the customer service was flawless. we genuinely felt like royalty, just as the name promises.
Pro tip: They do charge for valet and sections, but it makes total sense since they don’t serve alcohol. The best part? You can bring your own bottle (just finish by 2am due to TABC rules). That flexibility made the night even better.
This place is a hidden gem—elegant, vibrant, and unforgettable. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Already planning...
Read moreIf I could give this lounge zero stars, I absolutely would. The only reason it’s getting one star is for the DJ and the ambiance, but everything else was a complete disaster.
• Valet: $20 just to park? Outrageous. • Entry Fee: Another $20 per person to get in and we arrived at 10:30 PM! •Hookah: $50 for hookah that wasn’t worth even half that price. • Seating Scam: We were told there were no free seats unless we paid $100 for a spot or $200 for a bigger section. Talk about a money grab. • Waitress Service: I asked the waitress for a menu, and she said, "There’s no menu, and no food is good here tonight." I found this hilarious and unprofessional at the same time. • Bathroom: The female bathroom was disgustingly clogged and messy. Clearly, basic cleanliness isn’t a priority here.
This lounge is overpriced, poorly managed, and doesn’t care about its customers. The DJ and ambiance were the only saving grace, but they’re definitely not enough to make up for everything else. Save your time and money, this place is...
Read moreThe pricing for the hookah experience is set at $60.00, which I find to be relatively high. I believe there are some opportunities for improvement regarding the process for charcoal refilling. Additionally, enhancing customer service and creating a more inviting ambiance could greatly benefit the overall experience. While the food provided is satisfactory, it would be advantageous to expand the selection.
I understand that establishing a successful business takes time, and that achieving quick returns on investment may not be realistic. Therefore, developing a balanced pricing strategy is crucial for long-term success.
Moreover, I would like to address the total bill of $127.00, which includes the following breakdown: Hookah: $60 Wings: $14 Fries: $8 Drinks: $27 Service fees: $18
I was somewhat surprised by the service fee, especially considering that there appeared to be limited service during our three-hour visit. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback on...
