Ken's Warehouse Furniture & Mattress Store — Attraction in Aiken County

Sold me a couch on marketplace that when I got there they didn't explain I would have to pay tax on top of agreed upon price so I paid more than what was agreed and one of the employees kept lying to me when I said I wanted to return the couch because it’s broken and smells saying she told me it was on clearance and I can’t return it but she never said that, never explained any of that when I went to pick it up. Bad business technique. Shady selling. $150 for a broken smelly couch is a rip off.

Edit for the stores response: There they go lying again saying I thoroughly inspected the couch I literally looked at it and said mmm I guess this will be okay. I noticed a tear on one of the cushions that wasn’t shown in the sellers post but it was minor and I didn’t care about it. They took my money and had people carry it out to our truck.once we brought it home we noticed the smell and our kids keep falling in the hole in the center of the couch. And again they’re lying about making it clear it was a clearance couch. Never once was it mentioned it was on clearance they’re just trying to save face now. I got conned it is what it is. Just...

I went into Ken's Warehouse Furniture just to look around, but I was blown away by the incredible deals and great customer service they had! I had a ton of questions, and not once did I feel like a burden. The staff was super patient and knowledgeable, answering everything I asked and thoroughly explaining the warranties on their products. My kids were with me, and they made sure to make them feel welcome too, which really sealed the deal for me. When you take the time to make my kids feel at ease, you've definitely earned my business. My friend and I found this place by viral TikTok videos. We both went as she needed living room furniture, and I only wanted to browse bedroom dressers. Was pleasantly surprised as how the salesman was not pushy, listened to what we wanted, and was able to guide us directly to some options we’d like.
