Guys, this is a perfect example of how customer service has gone out the window. My family and I love Firehouse Subs, we love that they support our fire fighters and the food is great. With that said we came in this afternoon and we ordered our food and the lady at the register told us that they we out of lettuce and she asked if we were ok with that before we paid. They seemed to be more interested talking to a man who either use to work there or just stopped in to say hello but nevertheless I had to say something before anyone acknowledged I was there. My wife and I ordered from the app and was informed that our pickup would be 7:55. At 8:03 we checked on the order and were then informed that they were out of one of the items we had ordered.
