I ordered my furniture (sectional, ottoman and chair) set on 12/02 , it couldnāt be delivered until 12/5. When it finally came after unwrapping, sectional was two different colors and two of the same pieces. I didnāt know it was an extra $10 per flight of stairs for delivery. Due to Covid they can only push your furniture through the front door, well the rocking chair couldnāt fit through while still in the box so they just left it out in the hall & my boyfriend had to bring it in.
When I called to tell them their mistake of the same pieces, they basically said Iād just have to wait until the following Monday 12/07 11a-4p. I asked could my furniture at least be delivered first on Monday and they said no! (whole process has been frustrating, after Iāve already accommodated my schedule and had help on my expected delivery day).
Service very unsatisfying/unorganized (Big Lots and their delivery service). I wouldnāt recommend buying furniture here, theyāre inconsiderate, the managers are careless and nonchalant!
**Update Monday 12/07: they delivered the wrong piece of furniture AGAIN!!! I spoke with both store managers and the customer service is poor and unprofessional. Iād never recommend their furniture. Itās been a hassle/headache, I never want to step foot in a Big Lots...

The gentelman who orders the furniture said it was factory defect. Brought the second one home, the left side again was broken. And the seam came apart on the seat of the left side. 2 months now we are still with the second defect loveseat. Started receiving the bill that is supposed to be 12 months interest free, already paid $25.00 interest in the short 2 months of owning the broken torn furniture. If that isn't enough, we talked to the company of big lots who told us to take it up at the store, which we did. However, no one can help us with paying our bill off or relieving the interest fee we we're wrongfully charged. So we decided to pay off the amount we owe and be done with big lots all together. Then we talk to the bank people standing along side the store manager and behold, if we pay off what we owe in advance, we get charged another fee for doing so. Please, please be aware that in my eyes, that s called "sales by deception"! Went back to complain and Diane (the same lady that "helped" us and took my friends money previously) tells us that the deal we got didn't include a box spring. So, we got a headboard, footboard, side rail, dresser and mattress, but NO Boxspring. If we would have known that, we would have paid more for the boxspring. I mean, the freaking display has a boxspring. Seriously, who buys a bed set without a boxspring??? Your guys there in the furniture...
