Please be very careful when ordering with Doordash from here. 2 out of the 4 times I ordered the sizes were messed up. Sometimes I dont even get my ordered mix ins. Today was one of those days. First I ordered Ice-cream for my son and I. When we opened the bag my cone was in there but my ice-cream was not. I called to let them know and went to pick up my replacement Gotta Have It size. I get back home and after a few bites saw that in fact my Gotta have it was replaced with a Like It bowl inside a Gotta Have It size. I had to go back again. The sizes are clearly different. What didn't make sense was the girl kept telling me that she didn't know it was a Gotta Have It order but just stuck the Like it sizen inside the bigger bowl because she made too much. Like what? The lids are practically the same size but the bowls will not allow for the volume of one ice-cream order to be stuffed into a smaller size. Hopefully this wasn't on purpose so the company makes more money than they spend but I'm starting to suspect something honestly. Yes from now on it will be pick up. 22 Feb. My server today was incredible and made it such a memorable experience! I feel terrible for not remembering his name, because he did such a good job.

He was running the store entirely on his own and had to deal with some troublesome people loitering, yet he maintained a cheerful attitude throughout.

As a company I think it shows poor management to have a single person running the store, not only is it unfair, it's also unsafe. Best location in Anchorage!! I've been driving to Huffman to get Coldstone and realized the other day this one existed. Way closer, nicer location and the staff is AWESOME. They had a gazillion online orders coming in but managed to work as a team and get the online orders completed AND the customers in the store as well. Plus they made my ice cream PERFECTLY.
