I stopped there to have a telemedicine appointment using my car's internet. I had a blue ford expedition undercover APD vehicle park perpendicular to the parking stalls, facing into my vehicle. They watched me for about 65 minutes. I pulled away to drive to work. I was followed by a blue undercover APD impala all the way to work. You don't know me, but I reassure you I am not a criminal. So I was pretty scared to have been stalked across town and to my place of employment. I filed a report with APD about APD. Naturally, they did nothing. I would advise avoiding Anchorage and APD all together - unless you are an APD officer. Then you are safe here.
