Hair stylist was beyond rude on two different occasions. She was aggressively rude to an older gentleman about how his phone number wasn't registered with them to the point where she turned her screen around and talked to the guy like a child saying "YoUr NuMbEr iSnT sHoWiNg AnYtHiNg" all the while I got my haircut She complain about working there and how her and the other worker are saving their money to buy a food truck to cut hair at truck stops. My haircut ended up being $19.99, I left a $20 and she takes the bill, waves it in the air, and announces to everyone inside "wow look everyone, a 1 penny tip. Thanks!". I called it quits at that point, but today my wife goes in to get her haircut. The same lady was rude to other customers and complaining how everyone went to lunch so everyone is going to have to wait because she can't handle everyone right now. Ended up having to wait 30 minutes past our online check in time. She complained about how she is only able to live off the tips that people give her. She made the entire haircut process uncomfortable and uneasy. My wife decided she will finish the haircut herself at home because of how the hairdresser left it. She rushed the haircut and tried to rush her through to the next person. Been getting my haircut there for years, but not after 2 back to back...
Read moreThird time here, second time disappointed. I used their online app to check in for a hair cut. I checked in, then walked into the salon with a 10 minute approx wait time. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes, and their hair stylists called two people in line after me, before me. So what’s the point of checking in if you’re going to skip those people over?
The girl who finally cut my hair announced to the waiting room, “is anyone else waiting for a hair cut?”.... are you kidding me? I checked in 45 minutes ago!! Yes I’m waiting!! Her name was Melody and she was super sweet.
By the time I got a haircut and came home, showered and saw the final result... the stylist missed THREE huge chunks of hair on my head. When you call to let them know, they non-Chalantly say I can come back in to have my hair re-cut...
Sub-par super fast haircuts. If you’re a child or an elderly person with poor eyesight and don’t care about how your hair looks... by all means come here to this barber.... otherwise... avoid these people and DO NOT waste your money.
I’m sure I’ll get a prescripted response to this comment by telling me to contact “Jeanne” via email. Sure...
Read moreWhat's going on with this place? I've gone here for years, but in the past year it's really gone down hill. The last few times I've went, I felt like a sheep getting shorn - they rush to get you out as quickly as possible. I purposely went in early today, thinking if I was one the first ones, they would take their time to give me a good haircut. The lady asked me how I wanted my haircut, I said "same as always, it should be in the notes." Evidently the notes aren't detailed enough, because I had to re-explain. She seemed frustrated that I didn't know the haircut terminology and exactly how much to take off the top. A couple times ago, the one lady was saying management raised their prices but the employees still weren't getting paid much. She said they were timed how long the haircuts take. To me it seems that management is putting pressure on them to whip out haircuts to increase profitability. The employees seem a little stressed. And I think one employee has mentioned they are short staffed. I hope management get this thing figured out. Until then, I'm going to be...
